We signed the papers and two days later they came back and told us there was an error in the price and we owed them an additional $17,000. When we tried to negotiate with them the error rose to $23,000. Another suspicious thing was as we were signing the contract our Landmark agent got a call from another buyer who wanted the lot we were purchasing.

Keeping in constant contact and walking all facets through. He was able to keep our build in the time line and below budget we provided him! The house is exactly how we dreamed/planned it would be.
